Refund Policy & Replacement Policy

Refund Policy We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Refunds are applicable only for defective or damaged products.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of product delivery.

  • Upon approval, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable.

Replacement Policy If you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer replacements under the following conditions:

  • Replacement requests must be initiated within 7 days of product delivery.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Once approved, a replacement will be shipped within 5-7 business days.

  • Customized products are eligible for replacement only in case of manufacturing defects.

No returns are accepted. In order to be eligible for a refund, your order must not have been delivered according to carrier tracking information, and we require a receipt or evidence of purchase in the form of an order number.

Reimbursements (if any)

You might be able to get a replacement if your product is damaged or scratched. Within 24 hours of delivery, we provide replacements for damaged products accompanied by photo documentation. You can be eligible for a new product rather than a refund if a product does not stick to a phone or case. Please email our staff at say@helloo.one if you are experiencing issues with tapping to compatible phones or activating your product and would like a refund or replacement. Usually, a few helpful hints from the team may solve any problem! You might be eligible for a new product if you have successfully activated yours and, after contacting say@helloo.one, you are still having trouble tapping to a compatible device. You might be able to get a refund if you successfully activated your replacement product but are still having trouble tapping to a compatible device. You might not be eligible for a refund on your order if you ask for one and our staff is unable to verify the possible flaw. We will email you to let you know that your purchase has been returned as soon as your refund request is processed. After processing your refund, a credit will be promptly added to your account.

Helloo One will arrange a one-time pickup for the returned item. A fee of Rs. 100 for reverse pickup will be charged.

Refunds that are delayed or absent (if applicable)

Check your bank account once again if you haven’t gotten your return yet. After then, get in touch with your credit card company. It can take a while for your refund to be posted. Next, get in touch with your bank. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently some processing time. Please email us at say@helloo.one if you have completed all of these steps and have not yet received your refund.
